You, your family, and friends are warmly
invited to attend our hour-long church service
held each Sunday morning at 10 a.m. (Free
child care is available in our new nursery for
infants and children up to the age of three.)

Our Sunday church services are based on
weekly Bible Lessons found in the Christian
Science Quarterly (available at any Christian
Science Reading Room). These lessons are
made up of citations from the King James
version of the Bible and the Christian Science
textbook, Science and Health With Key to the
Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, who
discovered Christian Science.

God the Only Cause and Creator
December 1 - 7, 2008

God the Preserver of Man
December 8 - 14, 2008

Is the Universe, Including Man, Evolved by Atomic Force?
December 15 - 21, 2008

Christian Science
December 22 - 29, 2008

Hymns, a solo, and the Lord’s Prayer are also
part of our Sunday church service. All
Christian Science churches follow the same
order of services.

The Bible and the Christian Science textbook,
Science and Health With Key to the Scriptures
by Mary Baker Eddy, are our only “preachers.”
We do not have ordained clergy.

Two “readers” conduct the Sunday service. They are elected by and from the church members. The second reader reads Bible passages from the weekly Lesson Sermon. Then the first reader reads passages from Science and Health, which helps explain the spiritual meaning of the Bible.
